Return and Cancellation Policy for G GADGET VIEW BD

Happy Shopping Guarantee :

At G GADGET VIEW BD, we want you to love every purchase. If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, we offer an exchange or return option. To process a return or exchange, please record an unboxing video as proof. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without this video.

Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Physically damaged or burnt items

- Digital products and software

- Clearance of sale items

- Products with broken seals

- Undergarments

- Accessories, chargers, or adapters

- Unpaid gift items

- Scratched products

- Items not in sellable condition

- Missing accessories, papers, or other included items

- Incompatibility with third-party apps, software, or devices

Reporting Issues :

If you encounter any problems, inform us within 24 hours at support@ggadgetviewbd.com.

Returning Item :

Please return the product with all original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, and gifts. Do not apply sticky tape directly to the product. You can drop off the item at our office or send it via courier (courier charges will be your responsibility).

Refunds and Charges :

We'll update you on the status once we receive and inspect the product. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receipt. If the product is faulty, we'll cover courier charges up to 70 Tk for Dhaka and 120 Tk for outside Dhaka. Any extra charges will be your responsibility. If you return a non-faulty product, you must cover payment processing fees and delivery charges. Any discounts, cashback, or gifts received will also be reversed upon refund.
